<PAN> explores the shared and evolving identity of the Korean diaspora, especially the Koryo-saram people — ethnic Koreans who were forcibly relocated to Central Asia over a century ago. Through music, dance, and visuals, the performance connects their history of migration with Korean traditional arts, creating a new artistic language based on hospitality, cultural exchange, and resilience.

<판>은 100년의 시간을 넘어 여전히 지속되고 있는 이주의 역사에도 불구하고 고려인들의 정체성을 구성하고 유지하게 하는 근원이 무엇인지를 탐색한다. 그 과정에서 서로 다른 정체성을 가진 공동체들이 적대가 아닌 환대를 기반으로 연결되는 것과 함께 서로의 전통이 만나 새로운 문화적 형식이 창안되는 과정을 주의 깊게 관찰하고 이를 한국의 전통 공연 형식인 판소리 <심청가>와 연계하여 안무, 피리, 드럼, 영상 등의 다양한 형식이 교차하는 예술적 형상화를 통해 한국인과 고려인, 나아가 모든 세계인 사이의 상생과 공존의 가치를 매개하기 위한 새로운 형식의 공연 프로젝트이다.
